A Talent Shaped From the Very Beginning
Alieldin Salama’s journey in golf began almost as soon as he could walk. At just three years old, living near the newly opened Allegria Golf Course, he was introduced to the game under the guidance of Neala, the head professional at the club. What started as childhood curiosity quickly evolved into disciplined development.
Now 16, Alieldin carries more than a decade of continuous commitment to the sport. Thirteen years of structured training, competition, and refinement have shaped him into one of Egypt’s most promising young golfers.

Competing Beyond His Years
Alieldin has built an impressive competitive résumé at the regional and continental levels. He secured second-place finishes in the Pan Arab Junior Championship in 2022, 2023, and 2025 — demonstrating consistency at the highest level of junior golf in the region.
His performance on the African stage further confirmed his rising trajectory. He finished fifth in the All Africa Junior Championship (U18) and delivered a standout performance at the African Amateur Junior Team Championship in Tunisia, tying for sixth in the Under-18 Individual Boys Division, highlighted by a remarkable opening round of 67.
His progression has not been limited to junior competition. In January 2026, Alieldin became the youngest golfer to make the cut in a professional MENA Golf Tour event — a milestone that signaled his readiness to compete alongside seasoned professionals. For him, the experience was not just an achievement, but a learning opportunity — a benchmark for the level he is determined to reach.

Ambition Without Limits
Alieldin approaches the game with clarity and long-term vision. His immediate goal is to claim the Pan Arab Championship title and continue competing at the Arab and African championship levels.
Looking further ahead, he has set his sights on participating in the African Amateur Championship in South Africa — a tournament that offers pathways to the world’s most prestigious stages, including invitations to The Masters and The Open Championship.
His journey reflects patience, structure, and an understanding that greatness is built progressively — one round, one tournament, one season at a time.
