Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Operations run Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Delivery & Shipping Rates (Egypt)
Shipping fees are calculated per shipment (up to 2 KG).
Cairo – Giza – Alexandria
- Delivery: Same Day / Next Day
- Shipping Fee: 92 EGP
Canal & Delta Governorates
- Delivery: 1–3 Business Days
- Shipping Fee: 146 EGP
Red Sea & Upper Egypt
- Delivery: 2–4 Business Days
- Shipping Fee: 159 EGP
Matrouh & Sinai
- Delivery: 2–5 Business Days
- Shipping Fee: 199 EGP

Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requests if applicable.
