A Prodigy Beyond Her Years
Now just 10 years old, Sahar Mourad’s journey with golf began almost before she could speak. At the age of one, a simple plastic golf set ignited a passion that would quickly turn into purpose. By five, Sahar had already committed herself seriously to the sport, showing an uncommon level of focus, discipline, and emotional maturity for someone so young. From the very beginning, it was clear that Sahar was not simply playing golf — she was preparing for greatness.

Challenging Limits, Breaking record
Sahar has never allowed age to define her ceiling. She dominated the Egyptian Junior Masters in the under-9 and under-10 categories and won her first junior open at just six. At seven, she completed a full 18-hole round in regulation, and by eight she was already competing in the under-13 division, becoming the youngest golfer ever to participate in both the Egyptian Junior Open and the Egyptian Ladies Amateur Open. Since then, her journey has extended internationally, with historic performances in Canada, multiple amateur open victories, and consistent representation of Egypt on the national team.
A Mindset of a Future World Number One
Despite her young age, Sahar carries the mindset of an elite athlete. She is widely recognized today as one of Egypt’s most promising golf prodigies, driven by a single, uncompromising ambition: to become world number one. As Sahar herself says: 'I don’t play to win today. I play to become the best in the world.' Her journey is defined not only by trophies and records, but by relentless work ethic, resilience, and a rare competitive spirit that continues to set her apart.

Sahar & Beyond Reason
Sahar’s connection with Beyond Reason goes beyond performance. What first drew her to the brand was its values — a commitment to ethical practices, rejecting child labor, and giving back by supporting the education of underprivileged children across Egypt. These principles resonated deeply with Sahar and her family. At Beyond Reason, we see in Sahar the embodiment of our philosophy: elegance needs no reason, and limits exist only to be surpassed. We are proud to support her journey, not just as a rising champion, but as a role model for a new generation.
